All this in a space with excellent air flow and filtration.

PHOENIX is also the home to eighteen artist studios where makers from a wide variety of disciplines can create.

PHOENIX could also be your perfect space for a private dinner party, work presentation, playoff game, indie movie night, comedy show, or whatever you dream up.

Super Scholars is an enrichment program for students from preschool to eighth grade. Program Instructor Carla Fedor has 14 years of professional experience teaching students with a range of social, emotional, and academic needs. Carla also provides private tutoring and consultations.

The Professor HaTutoring Center has been providing tutoring services for all grades and all subjects for the local community since 1991. Our experienced and dedicated teachers are here to assist the students in understanding new concepts, completing homework and projects, preparing for tests and studying ahead. We offer both individual and small group tutoring.

Our mission is to provide your child with a high quality educational program, and tutoring assistance to help reach their full academic potential. The program consists of homework assistance and academic enrichment in the key areas of reading, writing, and mathematics. Our tutors teach problem solving skills to help kids gain confidence in their ability to learn new concepts.

Alameda Ballet Academy

Alameda Ballet Academy

The instructors and staff of the Alameda Ballet Academy are dedicated to bringing quality classical dance education to the greater Alameda community. They seek to impart students with artistry, self expression, grace and musicality, while encouraging a love for the art of dance.

Alameda Ballet Academy and its affiliate performing company, Alameda Civic Ballet, were founded in 2003 by the Artistic Director Abra Rudisill. In her lessons and leadership, Abra draws upon her 20 years of experience as a Prima Ballerina and Ballet Mistress with Oakland Ballet, and she seeks to carry on her artistic lineage through the education of Bay Area youth.

Students are in encouraged to perform in both the ballet company’s Nutcracker holiday performance and the school’s Spring Recital.
