Bring the family to our Spring Market, an outdoor shopping, dining and entertainment experience adjacent to the Park Street corridor. The Spring Market will feature curated vendors & purveyors with goods and foods for sale, interactive community booths, live music, spring vibes and tasty beverages for everyone’s enjoyment.

The Spring Market will take place on Central Ave (between Park and Oak) and in the adjoining Central Avenue Parking Lot and onto Alameda Ave.

Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire
Voted “Best Event in Alameda” by Alameda Magazine readers, the Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire is one of Alameda's biggest FREE events. The street festival takes place each year during the last weekend in July.
Enjoy the summer sun and island breeze at Alameda's biggest free street event of the year, featuring over 200 arts, crafts and food vendors; local beer and wine; continuous live music on three stages; and a kids' areas. The event will take place July 25 and July 26, 2026 from 10am-6pm.
