Managing Partner Robert Matz is an experienced trial lawyer with substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, and governmental/administrative procedures. The focus of his practice is federal court litigation and trials, with an emphasis on patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets. He also regularly takes on cases involving employment matters, breach of contract/collections, personal injury, and landlord-tenant disputes.

Robert has taught classes in law, contracts law, and intellectual property law for law schools, international schools, and other schools.
