I’ve been a marriage and family therapist since 2005. I believe that deep down, people really do know what’s best, but past trauma, present stress, difficult relationship dynamics or other variables can interfere. My job is to help my clients push past the barriers and find greater happiness, vitality, and fulfillment, as well as a stronger connection with others. And it’s an amazing job!
