Cliff founded Shum Financial Group in July 2013 after spending the first 15 years with American Express Financial Advisors, Financial Network Investment Corporation and Edward Jones Investments. The move away from the big investment firms has given Cliff greater flexibility and investment options to further individualize client needs.
