Studio 23’s Art Of The African Diaspora Satelitte Location
The Studio 23 Gallery is an official satellite location for the “Art of the African Diaspora Exhibition”. Our opening reception will be held in Alameda on February 9th, 2nd Friday from 7pm to 10pm. This event is a celebration of the abundant and vibrant art created by black artists living in the East Bay. Art lovers and local artists come together to appreciate the importance of artwork in promoting dialogue, connection and representation. Light appetizers and snacks are available. Drinks are available for a small donation. The show is happening rain or shine, we will have tents & heaters, tables & chairs just outside the gallery and as always it will be nice and cozy inside the gallery. Please consider waiting outside for the gallery to clear if you notice it is very crowded. Our neighboring galleries, Resistance Press & Ryan LaLonde’s Studio will be open as well. A closing reception will be held at Studio 23 Gallery on 2nd Friday, March 8th at 7pm-10pm.
