Each individual comes to therapy with their own goals in mind and I’m here to work on whatever you feel would most benefit you. I’ll work collaboratively with you to determine a path of treatment that makes sense for where you’re at.
I work with a variety of adults from a variety of backgrounds. I won’t judge you for consensual expressions of your identity and sexuality. I’d especially like to welcome to my practice people who have historically been left out of therapeutic healing due to systemic forces.
Reiki For Inner Peace
Reiki Master Marcus Sapere provides Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Shamanic Healing, Sound Healing and Crystal energy healing sessions for relaxation, pain relief, physical and emotional healing, mental clarity, and spiritual connection.
By restoring the flow of Ki in the body, Reiki rejuvinates the body’s ability to relax and de-stress, and supports its ability to heal itself. Many of my clients excitedly tell me of their significant physical pain relief and healing after receiving my Reiki treatment. Others report significant emotional pain relief and healing after their Reiki treatments, with increased mental clarity and peace.
Holly Brown MFT
I’ve been a marriage and family therapist since 2005. I believe that deep down, people really do know what’s best, but past trauma, present stress, difficult relationship dynamics or other variables can interfere. My job is to help my clients push past the barriers and find greater happiness, vitality, and fulfillment, as well as a stronger connection with others. And it’s an amazing job!
Sara Crain, MA, MFT
My own experience and training combine to bring a rich and compassionate approach to every client. I remain committed to psychotherapy as a process of unfolding what is authentically true for my client – not my agenda, not society’s, family’s or anyone else’s. Sometimes those agendas agree with one’s authentic self and sometimes they hinder it. I want to help my clients to discover themselves — not who they think they should be or who they were told to be.
