Swings & Wings is a indoor sensory-based play place, designed and owned by an Occupational Therapist.
What this simply means is that your child will have fun playing, with a purpose! Our space offers children the opportunity to swing, jump, climb and learn through play. Our equipment and toys are carefully selected to facilitate child development, each toy has a special role to play.
PEDAL Cycling Alameda

PEDAL is Alameda’s only dedicated cycling studio. We are all about fun, fitness and community. Our PEDAL instructors share their upbeat personalities, motivational playlists, and experienced knowledge to create safe workouts that are always challenging and engaging.
