Halloween in Downtown Alameda
All the little ghouls and goblins are invited to Park Street on Halloween for trick-or-treating! Make sure to look for the "We Have Candy" window sign posted to know if a business in participating. AUSD is not in session on 10/31 and this tradition provides a safe place for young kids in costume to collect candy. Make sure to stop by Alameda Avenue for games and live music!

Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire
Voted “Best Event in Alameda” by Alameda Magazine readers, the Downtown Alameda Art & Wine Faire is one of Alameda's biggest FREE events. The street festival takes place each year during the last weekend in July.
Enjoy the summer sun and island breeze at Alameda's biggest free street event of the year, featuring over 200 arts, crafts and food vendors; local beer and wine; continuous live music on three stages; and a kids' areas. The event will take place July 26 and July 27, 2025 from 10am-6pm.
